My artwork has a blue which fades into a yellow then fades into an orange then a pink sunset. That follows behind it is the grass, the grass isn't just one solid color it has mixed greens in it. Above the green there is a log and the log is textured to make it look more like wood and it has barb wire wrapped around the log/ fence post. The final thing on my artwork is a sunflower that has a lil detail to the petals and stem. I created my artwork by using acrylic paint and using the technique of mixing my own colors. I used blending for the over all whole artwork but mostly on the sunset. My big idea behind my artwork was to create a landscape painting using my own colors to paint it and i also wanted to do something easier that i know would turn out good so that is why i choose a sunflower. My goals for my artwork was to really focus on my blending skills and getting the exact color that i wanted, i didn't use any of the primary colors i made all of my own colors. In my overall finished art im very proud of what the outcome is. I put a lot of effort and time into it and i think it came out wonderful, i love how my sunflower looks. I could have done a little better on the stem of my flower but otherwise i think it looks great.

While doing painting boot camp i used develop of craft to get a more understanding of how to use acrylic and watercolor. so when it come to my landscape art i can make my own color, use different stroke and know how to blend color together. I also used envision while creating the color wheel for the acrylic, i envision what shade of color that i wanted then made that color, and with the water color i used envision to think mentally before i did the strokes. My artwork is based off of something i love and that object was one of my cowboy boots. There are two boots and the boots are set up in a side perspective. Then i went ahead and put a cowboy hat on top of the boots. The boots are outlined in a darker brown, while the inside area of the boots is lighter than the outline. There are details on the boots and they are green and red. I created my artwork by first observing my object to get a good idea of how to draw it. Then i went ahead and started doing the rough draft. After the rough draft i started on the final product before i did any water colors on it, i tested them out on the rough draft to make sure it was the color i actually wanted. The big idea behind my artwork was to show repetition and symmetry within something that's a part of my life and i feel like i accomplished it. My goals for this artwork was to show repetition and do the best that you can. My goal was to be happy with my final product and i'm actually really happy with my final product. I think it turned out well for the little that i know about art.
In the media fair i used devople craft and observer . The develope craft came in when I used the white charcoal and the conte crayons. I have never used these materials and while i did i used them in the practices of art form by shading and cross hatching. The observer came in when we wrote the notes about the media fair and took observation from the sheet of paper with information on it.
In my art work i made my own logo to go in the background from repetition. I used reflection with my original drawing to help me find out what way worked best to use on my final artwork. I also used stretch and explore to reach beyond my ability to make the final project turn out the best it can. My artwork has had many steps leading to what i have now it took a lot of processing but it has so far turned out pretty great.
I think im an artisit but not a very good one yet. I know quite a lot about art but im still not that skilled this semester i would like to try new thing and be happy with my final product. I would like to take the risk of making an artwokr with multiple resources and have it turn out good. I wanna take this risk of comming up with my own ideal artwork and hand sketch it out. I hope to learn how to layout an artwork so it all comes together. My goal for this semester is to have a good time and enjoy making my artworks and be proud of them.
